This role invites you to support student growth through evidence-based school psychological services in a culturally responsive and inclusive environment.

Flexible part-time options can accommodate your schedulechoose from a 25-26 hour workweek (about 3.5 days) or roughly 18 hours (2.5 days) with standard working hours from 8am4pm. One opening has the potential for future full-time consideration.

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB)
• Strong dedication to equity, culturally responsive practice, and inclusive service delivery
• Proven expertise in assessment, intervention, and mental health supports
• Preferred: National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or NCSP-eligible
• Experience consulting and providing intervention within an MTSS framework
• Leadership, facilitation, and adult learning support skills
• In-depth understanding of crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention
• Well-versed in federal and state special education laws and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Background working in urban, multicultural educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Deliver consultation and problem-solving services to educators and families
• Guide interventions for academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Collaborate within MTSS teams to drive student success and equity
• Provide mental health support, including crisis response as necessary
• Ensure compliance with special education requirements and documentation
