Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at a reputable school near Minneapolis, MN. This on-site position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students lives throughout the academic year, with a guaranteed 37.5 hours per week from August 2026 to June 2027. Your expertise will guide positive behavioral strategies and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Must hold a current Minnesota BCBA license
  • Expertise in school-based behavior analysis and psychological services
  • Experience working within educational settings as a School Psychologist or similar
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and tailor interventions to individual needs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
  • Familiarity with state and district compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral and consultative services to students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Promote best practices for supporting students social, emotional, and academic development
