Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid School Psychologist licensure in Minnesota (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Experience delivering psychological assessments and services in a K-12 setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans and interventions
- Experience with crisis response, counseling, and consultation services
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student interventions and supports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals
- Provide direct and indirect services to students as needed, including counseling
- Assist with crisis prevention and intervention in the school setting
- Maintain thorough documentation and confidential records
