Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist license (please verify via the state website before applying)
  • Experience in school settings and providing psychological support to K-12 children preferred
  • Ability to work onsite; virtual options are not available
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and crisis intervention skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and reporting abilities
  • Commitment to serving students with a range of academic, behavioral, and emotional needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop intervention and support plans
  • Participate in eligibility determinations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide individual and group counseling as needed
  • Support positive behavioral interventions and promote student well-being
  • Travel as necessary among assigned schools within the district
