Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas School Psychologist license is required
• Experience in K-12 environments, with particular skill in evaluations, re-evaluations, and various psychological assessments
• Bilingual abilities are valued, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work itinerantly with varying caseloads
• Ability to work onsite during standard school hours

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations as assigned
• Manage an itinerant caseload with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Prepare detailed reports, participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultative services and recommendations to teachers, parents, and administrators
• Support the development of intervention strategies that enhance student well-being and academic achievement
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all district and state special education guidelines
