Bring your expertise as a school psychologist to a dynamic contract opportunity serving students from preschool through high school. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing essential psychoeducational assessments, developing comprehensive reports, and working collaboratively with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support individual student needs. Youll enjoy a varied caseload and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple school sites.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware (DE) licensure as a School Psychologist, ready to be submitted upon request
- Prior school-based experience preferred, with exposure to preschool, elementary, and/or high school populations
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
- Demonstrated experience as an IEP team participant
- Comfortable traveling between multiple educational sites
- Willingness and ability to complete district fingerprinting process promptly
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate an on-site, full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week)
- Availability to begin as soon as possible and commit through June 12, 2026
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and prepare detailed reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating on interventions and supports for students
- Advise and consult with staff and families regarding student needs
- Provide direct and indirect support to students as required
- Ensure the delivery of services aligns with district and state guidelines
- Adapt to serving diverse age groups and supporting multiple school locations
