Qualifications:

• Current School Psychologist license in TN
• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and counseling best practices
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Flexibility working with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students as needed
• Develop and implement interventions to support student learning and well-being
• Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Respond effectively to crisis situations and behavioral incidents
• Stay updated on legal and best-practice developments in school psychology
