Qualifications and Requirements:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Valid Arizona school psychologist license
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in assessments, counseling, and the development of intervention plans
• Ability to effectively manage caseloads and prioritize student well-being

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and intervention plans (IEPs/504s)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and social-emotional success
• Deliver direct services such as counseling, crisis intervention, and targeted behavioral supports
• Consult with educators and families to create effective school-wide and classroom-based strategies
• Maintain detailed documentation and comply with state and district policies
