Key Skills & Experience:
- Active Arizona School Psychologist license required
- Prior experience conducting psychological evaluations with school-aged children, especially in elementary settings, is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and report writing for school-based psychological services
- Ability to manage a caseload focused on approximately 45 evaluations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychological evaluations for a caseload of elementary students, focusing on learning, behavioral, and socio-emotional needs
- Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop recommendations and support plans for students
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to interpret assessment results and communicate actionable strategies
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation aligned with state and district requirements
- Provide consultation and guidance to educators and caregivers to support positive student outcomes
