A contract opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support students in a K-12 educational setting. This role is based in Medina, Ohio, and involves working closely with school staff, families, and students to promote academic success and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized interventions and support plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services when necessary.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations pertaining to student services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in Ohio.
- Experience working in K-12 school settings.
- Strong knowledge of educational assessments and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Familiarity with IDEA and other special education laws and procedures.
