Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high school student caseload, conducting thorough initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
  • Provide expert support and intervention through participation in the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) program.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff to promote students academic and social well-being.
  • Develop and interpret psychological assessments to aid in individualized education planning.
  • Contribute to meetings and team consultations, sharing insights and strategies to address student needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with regulations and district policies.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Educational Specialist certification for School Psychologists.
  • Practical experience working with high school students in a school-based or similar educational setting.
  • Familiarity with MTSS processes and psychoeducational evaluation best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage a hybrid schedule efficiently and maintain engagement with all stakeholders.
