Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for an experienced School Psychologist to support a high school caseload in Mechanicsburg, PA. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) program, focusing on providing comprehensive psychological services through initial evaluations and re-evaluations. The position features a hybrid work schedule, blending onsite collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high school caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct initial psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for students.
  • Collaborate with educators and MTSS teams to develop intervention plans.
  • Participate actively in the MTSS process to support student academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to support individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with high school students.
  • Knowledge of MTSS frameworks and sustainable intervention strategies.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
Schedule: Hybrid (combination of onsite and remote work)
