What You'll Need:
- Valid IL PSYCH credentials
- Experience working with middle school students, or the desire to grow in this setting
- Demonstrated skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention within a school environment
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to professional ethics, continuous learning, and student advocacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students dealing with diverse challenges
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administration, and parents regarding intervention strategies and student progress
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior plans, as well as participation in IEP meetings
- Support school-wide initiatives to promote inclusive, positive, and safe learning spaces
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district policy

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.00 to $90.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
