Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state credential as a School Psychologist
  • Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RtI) frameworks
  • Strong skills in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychoeducational assessments
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and families
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and consultation abilities
  • Professional experience in a K-12 school setting preferred, though highly qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students referred for services
  • Contribute to developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in eligibility and review meetings
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to provide recommendations and support for academic, social, and behavioral challenges
  • Deliver direct and indirect interventions, including counseling, crisis response, behavior plans, and progress monitoring
  • Help foster positive relationships and an inclusive school climate for students of all backgrounds
  • Maintain accurate records, write clear reports, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and school policies
