Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current School Psychologist credential or eligibility to obtain certification
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, and families
• Excellent assessment, observational, and documentation abilities
• Understanding of diverse educational needs and evidence-based interventions
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, observations, and evaluations
• Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in RTI/MTSS processes to support early intervention and appropriate referrals
• Support crisis intervention and create positive behavioral support strategies
• Help develop school-wide initiatives for safe and supportive learning environments
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to educators, families, and stakeholders
