Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist license/certification in MI (or eligibility)
• Masters or higher in School Psychology
• Experience with K-12 populations preferred
• Knowledge of assessment tools, counseling strategies, and educational law/IEP process
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions for students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Document casework and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and federal guidelines
