You'll collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address students' diverse needs and promote positive academic and social outcomes across multiple grade levels.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Hold a current Massachusetts School Psychologist License
- Proven experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Effective communication with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based strategies and supports
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and groups to enhance student well-being
- Collaborate with educators and parents to design intervention plans and support strategies
- Interpret assessment results and participate in IEP/504 meetings
- Offer crisis intervention services and contribute to the schools mental health initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and confidential student records
