Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience with assessments, counseling, and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable and resourceful, comfortable in a school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Interpret evaluation results and provide actionable recommendations
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and intervention plans
• Develop and monitor behavioral and academic interventions
• Contribute to IEP meetings and assist in creating tailored educational plans
• Promote strategies for safe and supportive school climates
