Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist licensure in Illinois (required)
- Experience working with high school students preferred
- Ability to work fully onsite
- Strong communication, assessment, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological and counseling services to high school students (caseload of ~30)
- Conduct assessments, Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and develop intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students wellbeing and academic performance
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
