Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Active state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting a range of psychological evaluations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
  • Develop and recommend effective intervention plans and strategies
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for student services
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding educational and behavioral concerns
  • Deliver counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Contribute to positive school climate initiatives and student support programming
  • Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
