Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Active state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting a range of psychological evaluations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, and staff
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
- Develop and recommend effective intervention plans and strategies
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for student services
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding educational and behavioral concerns
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Contribute to positive school climate initiatives and student support programming
- Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
