Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist licensure in the state
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Familiarity with evaluation and assessment tools commonly used in school settings
• Strong understanding of educational law, special education regulations, and IEP/504 processes
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Capacity to manage caseloads with professionalism and empathy

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to promote student growth
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support as needed
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) teams and related meetings
• Deliver direct and indirect support for student learning and well-being
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment for all students
