Preferred Background and Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active and valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting is strongly valued
• Solid understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), behavioral interventions, and special education processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform student plans
• Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions and support services for students
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrative teams on IEP and 504 plan processes
• Support crisis intervention and provide counseling for students as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and outside agencies to coordinate support for students
