Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results
• Knowledge of interventions for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Strong communication and consultation skills for working collaboratively
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes is preferred
• Flexible and adaptable with a strong sense of initiative

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for eligibility determinations and student support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective IEPs and intervention plans
• Provide direct counseling or skill-building sessions for students as needed
• Support staff with strategies and resources to support students well-being
• Consult with families to enhance communication and partnership
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with all guidelines
• Participate in student support and problem-solving team meetings
