Job Description
Provide comprehensive psychological services for a K-12 student population in a full-time capacity at a school located in Lowell, MA. This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to engage with diverse age groups and apply your expertise in school psychology within a single-school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and develop appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student mental health and educational success
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Ensure compliance with state licensure and school district policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license required
- Experience working with K-12 populations
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and consultation skills
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative school environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for the assignment
