Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist licensure required
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings is highly desirable
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Deliver individual and group counseling services to students
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and help design plans that foster academic, social, and emotional growth
- Serve as an advocate for student wellbeing and provide resources to staff and families as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation according to school policies
