Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a school psychologist required
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, families, and related service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Develop and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
- Assist in crisis intervention and response as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, delivering data-driven recommendations
- Support a positive school climate through prevention and intervention activities
- Offer training or professional development to school staff when appropriate
