Job Description

Make a meaningful impact on students' well-being and success by providing high-quality psychological services across K-12 school sites in northern Colorado. This onsite contract opportunity spans the full academic year, playing an essential role in supporting students social-emotional and academic growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current, active Colorado School Psychologist License issued by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, staff, students, and families
  • Proven ability to assess, counsel, and provide recommendations for diverse student needs
  • Commitment to inclusivity, equity, and student-centered support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including evaluations, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention across multiple school sites
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address barriers to learning and create positive educational environments
  • Develop, implement, and help monitor behavior intervention and support plans
  • Interpret assessment data and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and data-based decision making
  • Advocate for students mental health and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
