Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid California School Psychologist credential (PPS credential)
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments, behavior intervention, and IEP processes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with current best practices in student mental health and interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to design strategies for academic and emotional support
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and skill-building sessions as needed
• Offer guidance in data-driven decision making, progress monitoring, and effective classroom accommodations
• Support prevention, early intervention, and consultation programs within the school community
