Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Ohio School Psychologist license (required)
- Prior experience working with K-8 students strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and address various learning and behavioral needs
- Comfortable working on-site and interacting with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
- Work closely with special education and school leadership teams
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and parents
- Participate in eligibility determination meetings and provide recommendations
- Assist with crisis intervention and behavior management plans
