Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active School Psychologist credential (or eligibility for licensure) in Colorado
• Demonstrated background in conducting academic, behavioral, and psychological assessments
• Familiarity with the development and monitoring of IEPs and 504 plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Experience supporting multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), crisis intervention, and consultation practices within a school setting is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students strengths and areas of need
• Interpret assessment results for intervention planning, eligibility decisions, and program development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, consultation, and recommendations to address educational and behavioral challenges
• Participate in crisis response and prevention efforts as needed
• Engage with families and staff to ensure consistent support for student well-being and success
