Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and data-driven interventions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Participate in development and review of IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide individual and group counseling interventions for students
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding behavioral management, crisis intervention, and classroom strategies
• Collaborate with families to foster student success and connect them to community resources
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations and ethical standards
• Support implementation of school-wide mental health initiatives and preventative programs
