• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete individualized assessments to identify students strengths and needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective interventions
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, contributing data and recommendations
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support services as needed
• Assist with the design and implementation of strategies to address academic and behavioral concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards
