Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field required
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist licensure
• Experience supporting students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Strong understanding of psychological assessments and interventions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative, school-based environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, behavioral, and emotional evaluations
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop appropriate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative counseling services to students, families, and staff
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to strategize and implement intervention plans
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and comply with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Foster inclusive school climates that promote student well-being and success
