Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
- Strong communication skills for working with both students and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide counseling services
- Familiarity with IEP and 504 Plan processes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to guide educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and well-being
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult on individualized education plans
- Deliver individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Advocate for student needs and help create inclusive, positive school environments
