Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in Colorado (or eligibility for certification)
• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results
• Strong understanding of MTSS/RTI frameworks, IEP development, and special education law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff
• Previous school-based or pediatric psychology experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer a variety of formal and informal assessments to identify students needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support academic and behavioral strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams for eligibility determination and program planning
• Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation
