Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a School Psychologist supporting a diverse student body in a contract position near Lititz, PA. Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:45 am to 3:20 pm, providing essential services across all grade levels. Your caseload will include approximately 500 students, spanning Life Skills, Learning Support, Emotional Support, and Autistic Support programsoffering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to various specialized populations within the school community.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid PA School Psychologist credential or certification
  • Experience with diverse student needs, including emotional, behavioral, and learning support, as well as autism programs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to perform comprehensive assessments, design interventions, and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Organized and self-motivated with a passion for student advocacy and success

Responsibilities:

  • Complete psychological and educational assessments for students across all grade levels
  • Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Develop and support the implementation of behavioral and academic interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on evaluation results and appropriate programming
  • Maintain accurate documentation required for compliance and reporting standards
  • Serve as a resource for crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and preventive mental health services
