Key Qualifications:
- Valid state certification or licensure in School Psychology
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or closely related field
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments, RTI/MTSS, and behavioral interventions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with families, teachers, and administrators
- Familiarity with IEP development, special education law, and best practices in student support
What Youll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess student needs and develop individualized recommendations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insight and strategies for student growth
- Offer consultation to staff and parents on academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
- Support crisis intervention efforts and promote a positive school climate
- Engage in data-driven decision making to enhance student achievement and well-being
