Job Description

Embark on an exciting opportunity as a School Psychologist working full-time with students in a dynamic educational setting near Lexington, SC. Youll collaborate onsite with dedicated educational professionals and help shape supportive, inclusive environments for learning and growth. The position offers a standard MondayFriday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to build relationships while maintaining work-life balance. Qualifications:

  • Current valid School Psychologist credential (state and national certification preferred)
  • Previous experience in a school or clinical setting supporting children and adolescents
  • Expertise in conducting assessments, developing interventions, and participating in IEP meetings
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments and interpretations for students as required
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to develop strategies addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional barriers
  • Participate actively in the development and evaluation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct counseling and crisis interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical and legal standards
