Key Qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a school psychologist
- Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and counseling for students
- Strong understanding of RTI/MTSS and special education processes
- Skilled in collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective interventions
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments to identify student strengths and needs
- Interpret test results and provide comprehensive reports and recommendations
- Develop individualized educational and behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to support student achievement
- Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and families regarding student concerns
- Promote positive social-emotional learning initiatives within the district
