Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current state-issued School Psychologist certification or eligibility

  • Effective communication and rapport-building skills across diverse student populations
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Proficiency with data-driven intervention strategies and progress monitoring

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological services, including assessment, consultation, and counseling, to students in a school-based setting
  • Administer and interpret standardized and informal assessments to identify student strengths and needs

  • Consult with educators and families to design and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Support prevention and crisis response initiatives as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
