Job Description
A licensed School Psychologist is sought for a contract position serving students across Grades K-12. This role focuses on providing psychological support and assessment services in a dynamic school setting located in Leola, South Dakota.
Candidates must hold a valid South Dakota license as a School Psychologist and possess a Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field. Flexibility in caseload management is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and well-being. Those with experience in South Dakota schools will find their background especially advantageous. Additionally, applications from qualified interns under supervision will be considered.
Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid South Dakota School Psychologist licensure
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related discipline
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with school personnel and families
- Experience with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Flexibility in managing caseload and prioritizing student needs
- Internship candidates meeting licensure requirements are welcome to apply
