Key Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in school psychology or a related discipline
  • Active state license or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting is highly valued
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families
  • Compassionate, flexible, and dedicated to diversity and inclusion

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify student strengths and needs
  • Deliver direct and indirect interventions to promote academic, behavioral, and emotional growth
  • Consult with teachers and staff to develop and implement evidence-based strategies
  • Participate in the IEP/504 process and contribute expertise to student support teams
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and prevention programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all services are delivered within compliance standards
  • Foster strong relationships with students, families, and fellow professionals
