Job Description

As part of your daily impact, you will partner closely with educators, students, and families as you work with the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) program. Through your assessments and interventions, youll facilitate a supportive environment, guiding students toward their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a high school caseload, providing psychological services and support.
  • Implement MTSS strategies, collaborating with school teams to address academic and behavioral needs.
  • Conduct both initial evaluations and re-evaluations for students, ensuring compliance and individualized planning.
  • Develop and monitor effective interventions and recommend supports based on student data.
  • Participate in meetings with families and educators to communicate findings and suggest resources.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or license required.
  • Experience with high school populations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MTSS framework and best practices in school psychology.
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
