An opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services within a K-12 district. This full-time position involves supporting students, families, and educators by conducting evaluations and delivering tailored interventions to promote academic and emotional growth during the 2026/2027 school year.
Responsibilities include conducting psycho-educational assessments, collaborating with teachers and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing consultation services to address student needs across grades K-12. The role involves active participation in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to school-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing student well-being.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience with K-12 psychological evaluations and intervention planning
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and best assessment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and school personnel
