Job Description

A full-time or part-time opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support K-12 students during the 2025-2026 school year at a school located near Albany, Oregon. This contracted position offers a chance to provide crucial psychological services in an educational setting, assisting with assessments, interventions, and consultations to promote student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide direct psychological services including counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support.
  • Assist in the development of preventative programs to enhance student well-being.
  • Utilize data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Oregon School Psychologist license required.
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and educational laws.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively within a school calendar.
