Job Description

A school district in Lebanon, KY, is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support K-12 students throughout the academic year. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time schedules to accommodate qualified candidates, with caseload details to be determined based on the district's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
  • Provide counseling and behavioral support services to students as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
  • Assist in crisis intervention and contribute to creating a positive school environment

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid certification or licensure to practice as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with school personnel and families
  • Ability to manage caseloads flexibly and adapt to the dynamic needs of the school community
