Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and developing intervention strategies for students
• Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), Section 504, and special education regulations
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and administrative staff
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Passion for making a difference in student lives and contributing to a supportive school culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests for special education eligibility and intervention planning
• Develop and implement effective behavioral and academic intervention strategies
• Consult with teachers and families to provide guidance on supporting student needs in and out of the classroom
• Deliver individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Promote mental health awareness and positive relationships within the school environment
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal education guidelines
