Key Qualifications:
- Current School Psychologist licensure in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience providing school-based psychological services (testing, assessment, counseling, behavioral intervention)
- Strong communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and create individualized recommendations
- Support the development of IEPs and 504 plans in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote academic and social success
- Respond to crisis situations and participate in prevention programs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
