Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology (required)
- Current New Mexico license as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support student success
- Consult with staff to implement effective classroom interventions
- Advocate for the needs and well-being of all students
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and reports
