Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology (required)
• Current New Mexico license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support student success
• Consult with staff to implement effective classroom interventions
• Advocate for the needs and well-being of all students
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and reports
