Qualifications:

• Hold a Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
• Possess a current New Mexico school psychologist license
• Experience in elementary, middle, and high school environments preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Organized, flexible, and able to handle a varied caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Conduct psychological and psycho-educational assessments
• Interpret test results and provide recommendations to teachers, parents, and administrators
• Develop intervention and crisis-response plans as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on IEPs
• Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions across school levels
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment
