An opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support the mental health and educational development of students within a school setting in Lansing, MI. This contract position offers the chance to collaborate with educators, families, and students to create a positive learning environment and address psychological and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to provide guidance and support for student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and needs
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in Michigan
• Experience conducting psychological assessments in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and behavior management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
