Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Lexington, SC for the 20262027 school year. This full-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by supporting students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development within a collaborative and inclusive school environment.

Travel Opportunity: This role includes paid housing and daily meal stipends for qualified travel candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments to support student eligibility and service planning.

  • Interpret assessment data and develop clear, actionable recommendations for students, families, and staff.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans.

  • Provide counseling and intervention services to address behavioral, social, and emotional needs.

  • Support crisis intervention and promote positive school climate initiatives.

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and advocate for student needs.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.

  • Valid South Carolina certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for licensure).

  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred.

  • Strong assessment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering student well-being.
