Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated School Psychologist to support students at the junior high level during a maternity leave coverage! This full-time, onsite contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment near Lancaster, OH. Youll collaborate closely with educational professionals to foster student growth and well-being throughout the assignment, from ASAP until November 1, 2026. If you have a strong commitment to educational psychology and experience working with adolescents, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Ohio School Psychologist licensure (required)
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist within a school setting
  • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of junior high/middle school students
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school teams, parents, and students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to junior high students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement effective intervention and support plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
