Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support a school located in Lakewood, NJ. This role involves providing critical psychological services to students, collaborating with educators and families, and contributing to a positive learning environment through data-driven interventions and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' learning needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student mental health and academic success.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and plan supports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working within a school setting preferred.

  • Ability to manage caseload effectively and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
