Full-time and part-time positions include:

• Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
• Part-time (2526 hours/week, approx. 3.5 days)
• Part-time (about 18 hours/week, approx. 2.5 days)

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB)
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service models
• Proficiency in evidence-based school psychology practices: assessment, intervention, mental wellness

Preferred Attributes:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
• Experience consulting, problem-solving, and supporting interventions via an MTSS framework
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills to support and influence adult learners
• In-depth knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health support
• Robust understanding of federal/state special education laws and compliance
• Background in urban or multicultural educational environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities

In this role, youll engage in comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations, collaborate on special education eligibility, provide staff and parent consultations, contribute to IEP development, and support crisis response efforts. Typical hours are 8am4pm, aligning with standard school schedules. You may specify your preference for full or part-time positions.
